Reservation Policies
Payment for the overnight weekend covers lodging Saturday night, meals on Saturday (2) and Sunday (1), and all materials. Separate overnight accommodations are provided for you and your fiancée. Your reservation is not booked until you pay in full, so to secure your place please pay when you complete your registration.
If your reservation is not paid in full, it will automatically be cancelled and will require resubmission. If you cancel 3 weeks prior to your selected weekend you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 2 weeks prior to your selected weekend we will retain a $40 processing fee. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your selected weekend no refund will be given, as Engaged Encounter must pay the facilities in advance. If you need to reschedule send an email to seattleregistration@engagedencounter.com. We can forward your funds to another one of our available weekends.
